Kiiai, LLC is a company operated entirely remotely. With no central office to pay rent on, we are freed up to approach work in a geographically independent way. We use an agile approach to managing projects and meet online each week instead of driving into the office. Our contributors get paid a percentage of the net income of the content they work on. With this approach we gain access to specialized skills that we wouldn't have working on our own. We are a US based company, working with contributors who provide content and services from wherever the internet is available. Our team members have worked from places like Japan, South Korea, France, California, Florida, and Colorado. It's about having fun and getting it done. Getting paid only happens when your content sells.
